The Delaware Historical Society Research Library holds hundreds of thousands of prints and photographs relating to the history of Delaware and its people.Highlights include
- All types of prints including lithographs, artistic prints, sketches and drawings, etc.
- Paper, glass plate and film negatives
- Photographic prints, cabinet cards, stereocards, and cartes-de-visite
- Early photographic processes including daguerreotpyes, ambrotypes and tintypes
- Architectural Drawings
Photographs are cataloged in the Archives section of Ask Caesar.
Most images can be reproduced as scans or prints. To place a photo reproduction order, please complete the downloadable form and submit it along with your payment to:
