Untapped History Gets CraftyText a friend, don your ugly holiday sweater, and head to the Delaware History Museum for a casual evening of lighthearted merriment. Warm up with refreshments and corny holiday music while making your very own festive ornaments using felt, sequins, and more. Enjoy a display of vintage holiday decorations from the Delaware Historical Society Collections. Ornament-making supplies are included with admission.

Bring the kids, this is family-friendly event!

FREE parking provided by Colonial Parking, 6th and Shipley streets.

Description

The Delaware History Museum (1940) was originally a Woolworth's Department Store. It has been transformed into the Delaware History Museum and the Jane and Littleton Mitchell Center for African American Heritage. It features permanent and rotating exhibitions, classrooms, and meeting space.
